If you would like to donate to our amazing community at Vista on 5th, we will greatly appreciate it. The donations are used to assist the residents in the community with their care, medical assistance, and additional activities. We work hard to make the community a better place for our residents—the money we receive as donations go into the community to improve the lifestyles of our seniors.
